Trip Details
1Day 1: FRIDAY 26.05.23 -DEPARTURE
We start gathering up from all cities of departure. We’re expecting a large number of international people to join us for this amazing trip! Time to get some rest or make new friends during the bus ride!
2Day 2: SATURDAY 27.05.23 - STOCKHOLM
In the early morning (around 09:00) arrive in Stockholm. Free time to discover the capital of Sweden (also called “the beauty on water”!) and all it has to offer! Then later (around 15:00) meeting time at the port to board the ship to Helsinki. You'll be spending the night comfortably onboard the cruise ship. Maybe head out to check some of the restaurants, bars, or shops the ship offers?
3Day 3: SUNDAY 28.05.23 - HELSINKI
Breakfast on board before arrival in Helsinki (included in the price). After arrival (around 11:00), Do not miss the chance to get your ticket for the amazing bus sightseeing tour with our amazing tour guide, then you have free time to explore the beautiful northern capital filled with magnificent architecture and local brand shops! Later in the evening (around 23:00), meeting time at the bus to depart towards Lapland gateway, Santa Claus Village! Please be prepared as it’s a long bus journey with very few stops!! And besides, you have time to get to know the people on board the bus, maybe make some new friends?
4Day 4: MONDAY 29.02.23 - Santa Claus Village & LAPLAND
Arrival at Santa Claus Village in the morning, and here we are officially in the wonderful LAPLAND. In Santa Claus Village it is possible to meet the whole year Santa Claus, to do husky and reindeer rides (The rides are not included in the trip fee). After the lunch break, we leave for our trusted hotel in the North of Lapland. Here we will be crossing the world-famous Arctic Circle, and you can get a certificate in Santa Claus village that you have crossed the Arctic Circle. From here northward, on the summer solstice, the sun doesn’t set. This is the realm of the midnight sun and the noontime moon.
5Day 5: TUESDAY 30.05.23 - Inari & North cape Island (Magerøya)
Breakfast time at the hotel (breakfast is included in the price of the trip!) and get some strength for the upcoming day, and check out from the hotel. And then depart to the amazing Inari Lakes, to take some pictures and enjoy the amazing view of the lakes, then meet back for the bus ride towards North Cape Island (Magerøya), and check in to our trusted hostel, then later in the evening: Time for the optional amazing activity to the North Cape; the northernmost point in Europe that can be accessed by car, where you can see the amazing phenomena; the MIDNIGHT SUN on the North Cape ‘’The End Of The World’’.
6Day 6: WEDNESDAY 31.05.23 - Fjord break & Tromso
Breakfast time at the hostel (breakfast is included in the price of the trip!) and get some strength for the upcoming day, and check out from the hostel. Then depart to Tromso, meanwhile, we will make some stops on our way to Tromso in some of the most beautiful Fjords in Norway, in one of these breaks we will provide you with our light vegan lunch (e.g. Pasta with tomato sauce), then continue our way to Tromso, while enjoying the amazing view outside the bus, while we are driving. Then arrive at our hotel in Tromso, check-in and then you have free time to check out the city. Our amazing Hotel is in the heart of Tromso city centre. In this amazing city, you can participate in a very wide range of activities, such as the amazon Fjellheisen cable car and Tromso fjord cruises, so you can get to see the Tromso from the best 2 views ever. Or what about the STAIRWAYS TO HEAVEN?! Sherpatrappa is 1,300 stone steps, to reach 421 metres above sea level, which is the Cable Car’s upper station – so you can also choose to ride one up or down, but either way, you will be highly rewarded with the magnificent view up there.
7Day 7: THURSDAY 01.06.23 - Lofoten & Harstad
Breakfast time at the hotel (breakfast is included in the price of the trip!) and get some strength for the upcoming day and check-out from the hotel. Then drive to Lofoten islands which consist of about 80 islands for some photo breaks, to get your best picture for Instagram. Then we will go to Hinnøya Island to check in to our trusted hotel in Harstad, where you will have your free time to explore the city. Lofoten is mainly a lot of amazing islands that lie so close together that from a distance, they resemble a single mountain range and it is surrounded by countless rocky islets, the islands are indented by numerous inlets and fjords with towering rock walls of up to 1,005 meters. THESE MAGNIFICENT VIEWS WILL MAKE YOU ASTONISHED BY HOW AMAZING THEY ARE.
8Day 8: FRIDAY 02.06.23 - Harstad & Finnish city
In the morning, breakfast time in the hotel (breakfast included in the price), and free time to roam around the beautiful town of Harstad until lunchtime, then we will depart to the South of Finland, TURKU. Meanwhile, we will make a stop for a dinner break in a Finnish city e.g. Kemi and then continue our journey back to the south.
9Day 9: SATURDAY 03.06.23 - TURKU
In the Morning we will arrive at the amazing old city of Turku – free time to discover the oldest town in Finland! Later in the evening: Meeting time at the port - We will board the overnight Cruise to Stockholm. Rest of the evening you can enjoy yourself in the pubs, restaurants, or shops onboard the ship. Or maybe even let your inner Singstar out and check out the karaoke?
10Day 10: SUNDAY 04.06.23 - COPENHAGEN
Breakfast on board the cruise ship before arrival in Stockholm. For people who booked the trip from Stockholm (departure city Stockholm), your trip will end after arrival in Stockholm. After arrival in Stockholm, we will depart directly to Copenhagen. Afternoon: Arrival in the beautiful capital of Denmark! Around midnight: Time to meet back at the bus for departure to our home cities.
11Day 11: MONDAY 05.06.23 - Home Sweet Home
- Arrival back home to Germany/Netherlands/Belgium - The arrival times are very traffic/weather-dependent, plus other external factors (ferries, border controls), so they can only be foreseen and estimated once we are on our way home. You can always ask your teamer/bus driver for any estimated arrival times.

    Free time in all of the cities: Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Santa Clause Village, Turku, Kemi, Hastard, Tromso, Inari, Lofoten and North cape.

  • Transportation

    Transportation means to all destinations (comfortable coach with AC, Premium seats, 2x cruises with restaurants, coffee house, disco pub - free entry!). The category of the coach will be at least 4-stars.

  • Accommodation

    2x nights in 4-bed cabin rooms on the cruise ships of Tallink Silja Line with bathrooms ensuite and free WIFI on board. 3x nights in our trusted hotels in Lapland, Tromso and Harstad (3-4 people in each room) 1x night in Hostel on North cape Island, the northernmost island in Europe. (3-6 people in each room)

  • EU Citizens: Need a valid Passport or National Identification card (a driving licence is not sufficient!).

  • Non-EU Citizens: Need (valid passport + valid Schengen visa) OR (valid passport + residence permit).

  • Photocopies and photographs of the above-mentioned documents will not be accepted. A residence permit alone is NOT valid for travel.
