Please follow the provider’s luggage rules: 1 hand luggage (max. 7kg) and 1 small suitcase (max. 10kg). Extra or oversized luggage may be refused or charged additionally.

**Note for travelers from Stockholm:
Your trip will end in Stockholm after the return cruise from Finland. The rest of the group continues to Copenhagen, but Copenhagen is not included in your return journey.

🚌 Day 1: Sunday 21.12.26 - DEPARTURE

We start gathering up from all cities of departure. We’re expecting a large number of international people to join us for this amazing trip! Time to get some rest or make new friends during the bus ride! 🚍💨

🇸🇪 Day 2: Monday 22.12.26 - STOCKHOLM

In the morning (around 10:00) arrival in Stockholm. Free time to discover the capital of Sweden (also called “the beauty on water”!) and all it has to offer! Then later (around 15:00) meeting time at the port to board the ship to Helsinki!
You'll be spending the night comfortable onboard the cruise ship. Maybe head out to check some of the restaurants, bars, or shops the ship offers? 🌊✨

🇫🇮 Day 3: Tuesday 23.12.25 - HELSINKI

☕ Breakfast on board before arrival in Helsinki (around 10:00) .After arrival you have free time to explore the beautiful northern capital filled with magnificent architecture and local brand shops! Later in the evening (around 22:00): ⏳ Meeting time at the bus to depart towards Lapland gateway, ! Please be prepared as it’s a long bus journey with very few stops and a very cold final destination ❄️ - But just remember that it’s really worth it!! And besides, you have time to get to know the people on board the bus, maybe make some new friends?

❄️ Day 4:Tuesday 24.12.26 - LAPLAND & ROVANIEMI

🌅 Morning Arrival in Rovaniemi: Welcome to the heart of Lapland! ❄️✨ We’ll have some time to explore Rovaniemi, soak up the Arctic atmosphere, and enjoy the magical winter scenery before continuing to our accommodation. 🏨

🧣 After checking in, take some time to relax and recharge. The Arctic adventure is only getting started, so keep your eyes on the sky... you never know when the Northern Lights might appear! 🌌👀💚

🎅 Day 5: Thursday 25.12.26 – SANTA CLAUSE VILLAGE & LAPLAND

🥐 Breakfast at the hotel: Start your Christmas morning with a good breakfast before we head to the magical Santa Claus Village! 🎄🎁

🐕🦌 This is the perfect day to enjoy your optional activities, including the Husky Safari and Reindeer Ride. Those who have not booked an activity can enjoy free time to explore Santa Claus Village, meet Santa, discover the Arctic Circle, and soak up the festive Lapland atmosphere! ✨🎅

🏨 After our time at Santa Claus Village, we return to our hotel in Lapland for another night. Get some rest and enjoy a cozy evening surrounded by the Arctic winter landscape. ❄️🌌

✨ And keep looking up! With another night in Lapland, we have another opportunity to spot the magical Northern Lights. 🌌💚

🎄 Day 6: Friday 26.12.26 | LAPLAND & ROVANIEMI

🌅 Another full day in Lapland: Enjoy a relaxed morning and make the most of your last day in this magical winter wonderland. ❄️🏔️ You’ll have plenty of time to explore, take photos, enjoy the snowy scenery, and experience more of Rovaniemi and Lapland at your own pace. 📸✨

🧳 We stay in Lapland until the evening, giving you one more full day to enjoy the Arctic atmosphere before we begin our journey south.

🚌 Late evening: We depart Lapland and begin our overnight journey towards Turku. Take one last look at the Arctic sky and perhaps, with a little luck, catch another glimpse of the Northern Lights along the way! 🌌✨

🏰 Day 7: Saturday 27.12.26 | TURKU

🌅 Morning Arrival in Turku: Welcome to one of Finland’s most charming cities! 🇫🇮 Enjoy some free time to explore Turku, Finland’s oldest city, with its beautiful riverside views, historic streets, and medieval charm. 🏛️🌊

🚢 Evening: All aboard the cruise! We set sail for Stockholm once again. Time to unwind in the bars, restaurants, shops, or even show off your karaoke skills! 🎤✨

Day 8: Saturday 28.12.26 - COPENHAGEN

☕ Breakfast on board the cruise ship before arrival in Stockholm. For people who booked the trip from Stockholm (departure city Stockholm), your trip will end after arrival in Stockholm. 🚢 After arrival in Stockholm, we will depart directly to Copenhagen. Afternoon: Arrival in the beautiful capital of Denmark with free time to experience the way of life of this impressive city! Around midnight: Time to meet back at the bus for departure to our home cities. 🌙

🏡 Day 9: Sunday 28.12.26 - HOME SWEET HOME

📍 Arrival back home to Germany/Netherlands/Belgium. The arrival times are very traffic/weather-dependent, plus other external factors (ferries, border controls), so they can only be foreseen and estimated once we are on our way home. You can always ask your teamer/bus driver for any estimated arrival times. 🎒
