I had a fantastic Christmas trip with pm2am Travel Agency—everything was well organized and smoothly executed from start to finish. A special mention goes to our team leader Omar, who was incredibly accommodating, approachable, and professional. He demonstrated excellent leadership in managing a large group, communicated clearly, stayed calm under pressure, and ensured everyone felt supported and included throughout the trip.
The destinations were absolutely magical. Engelberg and Mount Titlis offered stunning snowy views and a true winter wonderland experience. Lauterbrunnen was peaceful and breathtaking, while Grindelwald had a cozy, festive alpine charm.
Spending Christmas Day in Geneva was lovely, and the trip ended perfectly in Chamonix, where all the shops were open—perfect for Christmas shopping and enjoying the holiday atmosphere.

It was a great experience in Italy. We loved it. May be if we can get some more time at Lake Como (to do the cruise for an hour) then it would have been more than satisfactory. Also I would like to thank Mohammad who was our guide during the whole trip, he also helped making most out of it.
I had an amazing experience on the Vienna, Budapest, and Bratislava trip organized by PM2AM! Everything was well-planned, and I got to explore so many beautiful places in such a short time. A big shoutout to our trip leader, Edu – he was incredibly supportive, enthusiastic and organized. He always made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. His energy and guidance truly made the trip even more enjoyable. I’d definitely travel with PM2AM again and highly recommend it to others!

I joined pm2am on the 2-day trip to Engelberg, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Geneva, and Chamonix.
Although covering 5 locations in 2 days is hectic, it is very convenient in terms of planning and also has very good value for its cost.
Normally I am the one planning trips in my friends group, and it can be a nightmare sometimes. Keeping track of trains, hotel check ins, contingency plans in case a train is missed or the hotel is overbooked etc. So I had a much more relaxed trip in that sense, where I could just shut off my brain and enjoy.
All places and times were well planned, except for the time available in Geneva, which is a big city and I would have really loved to spend more time there. But overall it was very well planned.
There were lots of really nice and interesting people from diverse backgrounds on the trip, I made a lot of new friends and had an amazing time with them.
The team leader, Sai Nishanth was also very helpful. He kept the trip punctual and gave us lots of tips about which places to go see and which activities to do in the towns we visited.
As a solo traveler I really enjoyed this trip. Our guide Mohammad was really nice and patients. Guided us very well. And made sure that we were save and gave us Good advises. Highly recommended this trip and the other once also.
