Day 1: Saturday 21.12.24 - DEPARTURE

We start gathering up from all cities of departure. We’re expecting a large number of international people to join us for this amazing trip! Time to get some rest or make new friends during the bus ride!

Day 2: Sunday 22.12.24 - STOCKHOLM

In the morning (around 10:00) arrival in Stockholm. Free time to discover the capital of Sweden (also called “the beauty on water”!) and all it has to offer! Then later (around 16:00) meeting time at the port to board the ship to Helsinki!
You'll be spending the night comfortable onboard the cruise ship. Maybe head out to check some of the restaurants, bars, or shops the ship offers?

Day 3: Monday 23.12.24 - HELSINKI

Breakfast on board before arrival in Helsinki(around 10:00) .After arrival you have free time to explore the beautiful northern capital filled with magnificent architecture and local brand shops! Later in the evening (around 22:00): Meeting time at the bus to depart towards Lapland gateway, ! Please be prepared as it’s a long bus journey with very few stops and a very cold final destination - But just remember that it’s really worth it!! And besides, you have time to get to know the people on board the bus, maybe make some new friends?

Day 4: Tuesday 24.12.24 – ROVANIEMI & LAPLAND

We will arrive in Rovaniemi in the morning to visit the city for 2-3 hours before we continue our journey to our Hotels in Kemi or Ylitornio. At the hotel it is time to relax and recharge with a nice dinner and get ready for what is to come next: an amazing Northern Lights excursion. Always remember to keep an eye out for the northern lights!

Day 5: Wednesday 25.12.24 – SANTA CLAUSE VILLAGE & LAPLAND

Breakfast time at the hotel to get strength for the upcoming day before we depart to our winter wonderland destination, Santa Claus Village! Time for the optional activities – Husky Safari and Reindeer Ride. Those who have not booked an activity will have free time to explore Santa Claus Village and Rovaniemi city! We will meet back at the bus later in the eveing for the overnight bus ride towards Turku. We will depart later to have another change to see the othern lights before our departure!

Day 6: Thursday 26.12.24 – TURKU

Early in the morning: Arrival in Turku– free time to discover the oldest town in Finland! Later in the evening: Meeting time at the port - We will board the overnight ferry to Stockholm. Rest of the evening you can enjoy yourself in the pubs, restaurants, or shops onboard the ship. Or maybe even let your inner Singstar out and check out the karaoke?

Day 7: Friday 27.12.24 - COPENHAGEN

Breakfast on board the cruise ship before arrival in Stockholm. For people who booked the trip from Stockholm (departure city Stockholm), your trip will end after arrival in Stockholm. After arrival in Stockholm, we will depart directly to Copenhagen. Afternoon: Arrival in the beautiful capital of Denmark with free time to experience the way of life of this impressive city! Around midnight: Time to meet back at the bus for departure to our home cities.

Day 8: Saturday 28.12.24 - HOME SWEET HOME

Arrival back home to Germany/Netherlands/Belgium. The arrival times are very traffic/weather-dependent, plus other external factors (ferries, border controls), so they can only be foreseen and estimated once we are on our way home. You can always ask your teamer/bus driver for any estimated arrival times.

Free time in all of the cities: Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Santa Clause village, Turku and Rovaniemi.

Transportation:
Transportation means to all destinations (comfortable coach with AC & semi-reclining seats, Premium seats, 2x cruises with restaurants, coffee house, disco pub - free entry!).

Accommodation:
2x Nights accommodation in 4-bed cabin rooms on the cruise ships of Viking Lines (We are travelling with Viking Lines this time) with bathrooms ensuite and free WIFI on board.

Join our magical guided Northern Lights tour in the serene countryside, away from city lights. Enjoy an unforgettable experience under the Arctic night sky. The tour, lasting 2 to 3 hours, will be conducted on our bus, stopping at 2 to 4 pre-selected locations planned for optimal viewing. Our local guide will share fascinating facts and enchanting myths about the Northern Lights.
