Brussels will have a connection, either with Flixbus or other similar transportation mean (DB, Blablabus, ...). We will be leaving from many cities and are expecting a large number of international people to join us on this amazing adventure!

**NOTE for people starting from Munich: ON THE WAY BACK will be dropped off in Stuttgart and will have a connection ticket, either with Flixbus or other similar transportation means (DB, Blablabus, ...), to go back to Munich.

Note that the times are only estimated and will be confirmed via email 2 days before the departure!

We do not recommend booking train, flight, or bus tickets before receiving the final departure times since there can be some smaller modifications. Always check the times!

1 Day: Sunday 29.12.24 - DEPARTURE

We start to gather up from all departure cities and are expecting many international students to join us for this amazing trip. Time to get some rest or make new friends to celebrate the New Year with during the bus ride!

2 Day: Monday 30.12.24 - VENICE

Morning arrival in Venice. Soak in the festive atmosphere and winter beauty. Use your free time to explore the gems the city has to offer: its historical canals, gondolas, and winding streets. Opportunity to have a ride in the famous gondolas.

3 Day: Tuesday 31.12.24 - ROME

NEW YEARS EVE! After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Rome, where the celebrations can really begin! Free time to roam about in Rome. As the evening draws in, we will gather together to see in the New Year in a way like no other. After midnight, and after celebrating the NYE YEAR, we will head back to our hotel.

4 Day: Wednesday 01.01.25 - FLORENCE & PISA

NEW YEAR'S DAY! Don't worry, we will arrange a slightly later breakfast this morning! Then, in the late morning we will set off for Florence. After free time in Florence you are more than welcome to join us for an optional excursion to Pisa. In the evening, we return to our hotel.

5 Day: Thursday 02.01.25 - MILAN

Day 2 of 2025, but sadly, our final day in Italy! After a last breakfast we will depart for Milan where you will have approximately 9 hours to explore the city how you wish. Perhaps you will round off the trip with a peek at the Duomo, or a spot of window shopping in the famous Fashion Rectangle, or maybe even grab a bargain in the New Year sales! In the late evening, we will depart back to our home cities.

6 Day: Friday 03.01.24 - HOME SWEET HOME

Arrival back home and time for recovery! Arrival times are dependent on many factors like weather, border controls, traffic, etc, so can only be estimated once we are on the way home - ask your teamer on the day of departure!

Accommodation:
All 3 nights in our trusted 2-3 stars partner hotel near Florence. (Mostly 3–5 beds per room. There are also a few apartments with more people in a room. Please note the hotel is not in Rome)
